A chemical spill has caused Beverly Hills’ occupants to be evacuated. A retiring football player discovers that the gas emulating from the spill is still a bogus front to get a heist setup by fired out police officers to plunder the town of all its valuables. Finding himself siding with a cop that was of the program until he detected that the city’s mayor had been blown away, by one of the crooks in charge. Both on the run. . .both must do whatever they can to stop these murderous looters.
